1. Membership Fees
- Non-Refundable: Fees paid for basic membership (Annual or Life Membership) are non-refundable and non-transferable once the transaction is successfully processed.
- Processing Errors: In the event of an accidental double payment or technical error where a duplicate amount is deducted, please contact office.amai@gmail.com within 7 days with proof of transaction. We will verify and process a refund for the duplicate amount within 10-15 working days.
2. Event Registrations
- Cancellations: Cancellation policies for specific events (Conferences, CMEs, workshops) will be mentioned on the respective event registration page.
- General Rule: If no specific policy is mentioned for an event, a 50% refund will be issued if the cancellation request is received at least 7 days prior to the event date. No refunds will be issued for requests made within 7 days of the event.
